There's lots of hills on the way out and <br>the way back, but the Olympic Village is a perfect place <br>to rest, refresh and regroup for the ride home. You'll see <br>plenty of other bikers through Wilmington Notch, as Rt. 86 <br>Is one of the most popular cycling roads in the state made <br>famous by the Lake Placid Ironman Triathlon held the end <br>of every July- Remember to share the road with vehicles <br>on this narrow, curvy highway! <br>
