Start Location: Beekmantown Central School: <br> <br>This Rt. doesn't fool around--starting <br>with a stiff climb up Jersey Swamp Road and Rand <br>Hill. But there aren't many turns to watch out for and all <br>that climbing is good for your heart rate. The Adirondack <br>Cycling Team usually does this ride early on Sunday <br>morning when traffic is lightest. <br>
