This route is the first College Farm ride extended into the small town of Boiling Springs. This route isn't very hilly, but has a few small climbs and brings you through some gorgeous parts of the southern valley. One of the highlights is Children's Lake in the center of town, which has a nice trail around the lake and offers a nice place to have lunch
